Screenwriting Kids began in 2009 as a series of small summer workshops that were taught in the West Los Angeles area. We transitioned to online instruction due to several requests from eager students outside of the Los Angeles area seeking screenwriting instruction. We now are able to offer our course on a national and international level. However, for those that prefer personal one-on-one training and live within the Los Angeles area; small or private in-person classes are available. Please contact us for more information.

Here at Screenwriting Kids, our mission is to help young people craft a professional screenplay that incorporates good storytelling, structure and creativity.  We believe everyone has a story to tell, regardless of age.  In fact, kids have some of the best stories!

It is our goal to encourage young screenwriters to share their words in a medium that showcases their unique voice and writing talent. Our mission is to help young people craft professional screenplays that meet Hollywood standards.

	Debbie is the proud recipient of the prestigious Disney Television Writing Fellowship Program and has written for ABC Family. She was a script reader for the Disney Writing Fellowship and is an active member of the Writer's Guild Association.
